Typical Responsibilities/Duties

Core duties and responsibilities include the following but are not meant to be all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Assist the Division Manager with the handling of a group of Corporate Agents and Corporate Team Leaders
  • Act as Officer-In-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Division Manager
  • Assist the Division Manager in mentoring existing direct reports and new hires.
  • Assist the Division Manager in monitoring the quality of email/call/and queue handling services.
  • Assist the Division Manager in addressing behavioral issues within the team.
  • Provide assistance to Corporate Team Leaders in creating a team schedule.
  • Provide evaluation to direct reports on a monthly basis.
  • May initiate proper actions to resolve any issues arising from an agent error
  • Work closely with the Division Manager to identify areas of improvement within the team or for client-specific processes.
  • Corporate agent work:
  • Maintains Casto’s high level of respect within the travel community through professional interaction with our vendors, including but not limited to adhering to booking practices.
  • Book flights, hotels, and/or car reservations for customers calling or emailing.
  • Process ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations
  • Advises document requirements as they pertain to the traveler’s nationality and destination.
  • Maintain relationships and deliver excellent customer service to clients
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Tourism, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years Corporate travel-related accounts and/or call center experience with High level customer service orientation and decision-making skills
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Expert with International Reservations and Corporate Travel
  • CRS/GDS background a must (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo)
  • Anticipates needs of employees and responds pro-actively at all times.
  • Exhibits effective problem-solving skills.
  • Displays sound judgment.

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office programs and Salesforce
  • Flexibility with shifting schedules
