Job Description Summary

The Transaction Management Analyst is primarily a support role within the Transaction Management team. This role will provide strong financial and analytical expertise to ensure favourable market transactions are achieved whilst supporting the operations of the Integrated Portfolio Management – Transaction Management service line for Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the client.

About the Role:

  • Support the team with ad hoc client reporting, KPI tracking, and lease-related data management (e.g., Critical Date and Lease Outcomes/Savings reports).
  • Gather market data and comparable evidence for leased sites.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates in management information systems (MIS) for all transactions.
  • Uphold Cushman & Wakefield’s culture, values, and behavioral standards, holding peers accountable when necessary.
  • Comply with all company policies related to health & safety, environmental impact, and delegated authorities.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial analytics
  • Experience in commercial real estate and leasing desirable
  • Market knowledge within given geographical area desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, lasting professional relationships
