What You Will Be Doing

As our Training Systems Content Coordinator, you will manage the ecosystem that houses training and development processes and data, such as, though not limited to, the Career Management System (CMS), recruitment portal, crewing software, assessment portals, crew self-service app and the interfaces of data flow between them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Ecosystem
    • Manage the ecosystem that houses training and development processes and data, such as, though not limited to, the Career Management System (CMS), recruitment portal, crewing software, assessment portals, crew self-service app and the interfaces of data flow between them.
    • Support the CMS system, online and off-line, live and tests, main portal and recruitment portal, in its user accounts, interfaces/synchronization and issues that may arise from using these systems.
    • Execute steps in the CMS to maintain or extend the structure and content of the courses, competence, knowledge verification and evaluation parts of the system.
    • Process expenses and invoices of suppliers products and services in accordance with the budget allocations.
  • Quality and Reporting
    • Submit and track items for bugs and developments of the CMS, and other relevant systems, that will ensure business continuity and development of the systems.
    • Ensure proper quality records, monitor issues with data and cross-reference data from various systems to extract points for continuous improvement on the processes.
  • Assist the training team in their process, issues and developments to create solutions in the systems available and/or optimize them.
  • Personal development: Maintain knowledge and skill levels by receiving relevant training and reviewing related documentation and company communications related to current affairs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related data science education
  • Experience with the following are all beneficial to successfully executing this job:
  • -Data processing and analysis
  • -Data interface management experience
  • -Power BI and advanced Excel trainings/knowledge
  • Organized and Structured
  • At least 3 years experience
