Are you interested in joining the world of international storage and distribution of bulk liquids, tankers, terminals, aquaculture & LNG? Stolt-Nielsen’s fast growing Global Shared Service Center is looking for a Training Specialist.

Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) is the specialist storage and transportation provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum, gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. What You Will Be Doing

The Training Specialist shall be responsible for the design and delivery of training programs in the GSSC for teams servicing the various Stolt divisions. The role is expected to collaborate closely with the GSSC towers as well as counterparts in the divisions to build and continue improving the various training programs. The successful candidate is expected to be the subject matter on Stolt business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver learning programs that will support the Global Shared Service Center to deliver on committed services. This includes onboarding for new employees, and continuous refresher courses for tenured employees, and may be in various forms such as classroom trainings, virtual trainings, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, workshops or coaching. This includes creating and maintaining learning materials, such as guidelines, presentations and other tools for training.
• Supports team members in the use of tools and methodologies and on new or updated procedure or tools.
• Monitor individual learning progress and performance during onboarding. Communicate with management on a regular basis to ensure training and performance requirements are aligned and meet requirements.
• Create testing and evaluation processes to measure effectiveness of the training provided. Develop enhancements in close cooperation with management.
• Perform other ad-hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Logistics.
• 5 years of experience in logistics/ supply chain and/or suitable training/tutorial experience.
• Ability to develop training materials, Excellent presentation, training and facilitation skills, Comfortable communicating at different levels of the organization and build relationships accordingly, Strong planning & organizational skills, High technical aptitude and can build expertise on new systems and tools relatively quickly, Self-motivated, operational and result driven behavior.
