• Lead & execute training programs for financial accounts, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs and implement tailored training solutions.
• Manage training logistics – trainer deployment, technology, and classroom assignments.
• Evaluate & improve training effectiveness using performance metrics and best practices.
• Assess & develop trainers to enhance skills and drive continuous learning.
