The Training Coordinator is responsible for organizing scientific and product trainings, from preparation to actual implementation and post evaluation, including day-to-day responsibilities of the department, such as scheduling and booking assets, managing registrations, preparing evaluation reports with course profile & loss statements, coordinating training materials and other logistics, administering the Learning Management System, and other special projects as required. The role involves collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Corporate Communications to prepare for and advertise trainings. The Training Coordinator will play a key role in promoting the B. Braun brand through medical, scientific and product training.

Major Activities And Responsibilities

Training Organization

  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and educational events for B. Braun customers, ensuring scheduling and logistics (venue, hotel and transportation of faculty, catering, workshop equipment and supplies, training kit, etc) are managed effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, evaluation and accreditation documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage training inquiries, registration and payment of participants, ensuring that payments are reconciled with financial reports
  • Supervise implementation of live and online trainings
  • Prepare training evaluation with profit and loss statements
  • Attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid in training organization

Administrative Support

  • Support the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies to establish the “Aesculap Academy” brand (e.g. advertisement campaigns, social media presence, articles in internal and external publications, participation in scientific congresses, etc);
  • Develop course brochures, leaflets, posters, tarpaulin, and digital promotional materials according to the Aesculap Academy corporate identity guidelines.
  • Maintain functionality of the Aesculap Academy facility, manage inventory and upkeep of AA assets and trainings materials;
  • Manage content of local Aesculap Academy website; and,
  • Report to AA Manager any operational issue or opportunity;

Requirements

  • Graduate of any four-year business course, preferably Management or Marketing
  • Experience in events management or office administration is an advantage
  • Demonstrates initiative and responsibility for individual performance to complete assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Above average communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Above average organizational skills to efficiently and effectively manage and prioritize functions, tasks and projects
  • Excellent customer orientation and interpersonal skills necessary to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers
  • Above average problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in office-related software (MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) and digital technologies, including graphics design, video editing, and social media tools
  • Innovative, creative, resourceful, able to think outside the box
  • Highly adaptable to change, can work in a dynamic work environment and schedule
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and excellent team player.

  • Willing to learn and take on special projects
