Job Description

• Deliver technical and customer service training
• Run pop-up reinforcements for SVs/CFS i.e. BITES Express
• Manage toolkits and job aids i.e. BITES
• Track daily NPS loopbacks and performance metrics
• Other CFS Ops needs i.e. CFS uniforms
  
  
  

Duties And Responsibilities

Technical Training

• Develop training materials and delivers training courses related to process, standards and new promos
• Plan and schedule the delivery of learning activities, based on learning objectives. Manage the delivery of programs of learning.
• Customize formal and informal learning activities, incorporating relevant business scenarios and case studies
• Deliver training involving process, standards and new promos
• Supports sales driven campaigns and initiatives from Broadband Marketing
  
  
  

BB Advocacies

• Conducting FiberLab demo tour to onboard Globe employees in Broadband technology and IoT
• Arranging Field Immersion schedule for all Globe employees’ request
• Oversee and plan social media posting
• Support Ambassadors’ program in conducting cascade on latest promo and announcements
• Support in organizing events, workshops, and activities aimed at boosting morale and fostering a positive work culture, such as Monthly Celebrations, Town halls and Team building
