A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Training & Compliance Specialist, you will take on the responsibility of developing, delivering, and managing training programs to ensure team members are well-equipped with the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations by maintaining process documentation and tracking updates. Your role is vital in aligning operations with business objectives, ensuring that compliance standards are met, and supporting team development through continuous training initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing team members.
  • Conduct quality checks on training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Ensure team compliance with all internal policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update process documents, directories, and reference libraries.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks including team workload allocation and support.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align training and compliance efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Track and report training progress, compliance status, and areas for improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in training, compliance management, or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to create, update, and maintain process documentation and training materials.
  • Teaching experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of the energy sector is desirable but not required.
