He/she is expected to:
- Design and deliver high-quality, process-based tailored training that promotes NetSuite best practices to new customers who are currently implementing NetSuite but may also deliver training to Partners and existing customers
- Provide training and advising to support customers throughout United States and Canada
- Work in a high-energy and dynamic environment by delivering instructor-led online training to multiple customers in variety of industries
- Collaborate with the implementation team and other stakeholders to assess customer training needs and develop custom curriculum and materials (written and e-Learning tutorials) to ensure optimal user adoption
- Deliver additional services such as Train the Trainer, Pre-UAT (user acceptance testing) Training, Post Go Live Support Training, webinars and webinar series to a broad customer base
- Advise customers how to make best use of their learning subscription and develop a strategy (Learning Action Plan) to combine eLearning with live training to maximize end user adoption
- Participate in customer training requirements definition and training scoping conversations
- Adhere to Education Services Delivery department’s methods, processes, procedures, and policies in the development and delivery of education services
- Passion and patience for training
- Attention to detail when developing learning and reference materials
- Resourcefulness to finding viable solutions for customers
- Resilience in dealing with fast-paced process updates and changes
- Deep concern about customer satisfaction and feedback
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-year experience in customer support. This includes 1+ years of experience in a functional training or consultative role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design and delivery
- Engaging presentation, training and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences or learners
- Time and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple demands and reprioritize as customer timelines shift
- Excellent written and verbal English skills that can be applied to documentation development, curriculum review, delivery and all forms of communication
- Preferably with background in accounting software or ERP (enterprise resource planning) related to Accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed Assets), Inventory Management (purchasing, fulfillment, warehouse management) and/or Software/Services Management functions (revenue recognition, project management and CRM (customer relationship management)
- Amenable to work in night shift
