The primary role of the Trainer (CRM) is to provide training and development for Telesales operators and does continual review, feedback, and on-the-job development

What You’ll Do
- Conducts foundation, process, product, and other project-related training including New-Hire Training and Refresher Courses
- Monitors the performance of assigned project and works with the Manager and the Operations Support Group to identify learning needs
- Develops training modules or computer-based training for full training classes, pocket sessions and product/process updates
- Administers Training Needs Analysis, gathers and sends relevant data to determine performance gaps and recommend and/or implement best intervention.
- Prepares the pre & post-classroom training report
- Manages the knowledge base tools and cascades
- Listens to recorded and/or real-time calls to evaluate the Telesales agents skills in dealing with customers, as well as the accuracy and effectiveness of information or advice provided to customers
- Al least 1-2 years’ experience in training.
- Good communication skills: English & Filipino.
- Knowledge in MS Office: Excel & Power Point
- Basic knowledge in root cause analysis.
- Telesales process & product expert
- Knowledge in Quality Checking is an advantage but not required
