Trade Marketing Assistant (Merchandisers & Promotions) supports the trade marketing team in executing initiatives to influence purchase decisions by showcasing products appealingly and strategically, training merchandisers on product knowledge, driving sales through well-executed strategies, and representing brands via proper promotions.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in analyzing data, trends, and market insights to inform decision-making.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Capable of working effectively within a team and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Experience in the FMCG/Retail sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Amenable to onsite work.
