In this role, your mission is to design impactful compensation and career pathways. You will make a direct impact by:

• Designing and implementing comprehensive career development maps for client-facing and internal teams.
• Executing thorough salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay standards and managing annual salary reviews.
• Integrating strategic compensation planning with business goals to ensure fairness and compliance with industry benchmarks.
• Utilizing AI tools to analyze compensation data and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Proactively seeking opportunities for process improvements using AI technologies to enhance operations.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• You have significant experience in compensation analysis and career development within fast-paced environments, preferably in BPO, Shared Services, or Call Centers.

Technical Skills:

• You possess exceptional analytical skills and hands-on experience in salary benchmarking and career development mapping along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Non-Negotiables:

• Proactive mindset with a willingness to embrace AI for innovation
• Proven track record in developing impactful career development programs
