To lead, collaborate with and support the Human Resources (HR) Community within the Cluster in the delivery of Compensation and Benefits (C&B) services and projects. To ensure the Compensation and Benefits operations and initiatives are in line with the Regional policies and guidelines.
Your Role
The Total Rewards Expert should possess excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities. Strong communication and influencing skills are required. He/She should also be time-sensitive and attentive to detail.

Your Responsibilities
- To collaborate with the business to fully understand requirements and challenges, then propose and implement C&B strategies to deliver against agreed key performance indicators.
- To oversee the Cluster C&B structure and participate in competitive market research to help establish effective pay practices and systems.
- To monitor announcements of relevant labor laws and ensure the compliance of our HR policies with requirements.
- To oversee all C&B related employee activities including remuneration review, issuing of contracts, updating related systems and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- To measure and communicate the C&B solutions and services within the Cluster.
- To evaluate and administer any relevant employee benefits programs including retirement plans, insurance policies and housing benefits etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science
- C&B Tools and best practices
- Can communicate effectively
- Strong HR expertise, with experience working with multinational teams
- Knowledge in Local Labor Law
