Job Description:
In this role as an Associate Manager lead the Project to Accenture benefits harmonization project in defined region/s, partnering with the local Project and Accenture HR and Benefit teams as well as working closely with the Global harmonization project team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the benefits harmonization country assessment for defined countries within the approved harmonization principles and regulatory requirements
Supported by the Global Harmonization project team, develop business cases for each country of responsibility including the ROI/Cost of harmonization
Own the development and management of country project plans ensuring harmonization affordability through interaction with finance teams, as required
Review and document details of vendor contracts in each country and define next steps / action items as well as execute accordingly
Drive and support Change, Training and Comms plan deliverables for the respective country
Support all/any required works council and trade union negotiations
Provide all materials and support the harmonization approval with senior leadership of both Project and Accenture
Job Qualifications
Project Management Skills
Experience supporting works council and/or trade union negotiations
Experience in managing benefits across multinational markets
Strong stakeholder management skills
Harmonization and Mergers and Acquisition experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal English skills
