Job Summary:


Concentrix is seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals who are fluent in Thai to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives. This role supports a globally recognized sporting brand, where you will play a vital part in providing outstanding service experiences for customers in Thailand or Vietnam.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong passion for sports and lifestyle products, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism. Successful applicants will undergo comprehensive training and become part of a collaborative, diverse, and performance-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer service via phone, email, or chat to clients from Thailand
  • Address inquiries related to orders, product details, returns, and brand services in a timely and effective manner.
  • Demonstrate active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain knowledge of the brand’s values, offerings, and policies to accurately represent the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to team goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Thai (spoken and written) is required.
  • Good command of English for training and internal communication.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to be trained and to learn new processes and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service or contact center roles is an advantage but not required.
  • Passion for sports, fashion, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
