Opportunity Overview

Test/Repair Operators operates equipment, systems and infrastructures required for testing Teradyne products and executing test processes while adhering to quality standards. Test/Repair operators will also work with Engineers for process and quality improvements.

• Perform incoming and outgoing visual inspection of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA)
• Perform assembly and disassembly of PCBAs
• Run required test processes, including activities such as (but not limited to) installing PCBA into testers, attaching/disconnecting interface and power supply cables, installing device interface boards, and running the appropriate test programs.
• Interpret test scripts, perform basic failure isolation of PCBAs and follow defined "failure and fix" steps. Escalate undefined failures to Technicians, Engineers, or Supervisor.
• Perform repair on low-complex PCBA failures
• Perform final preparation of PCBAs and shipping to final quality assurance (FQA) team.

• Detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate
• Knowledgeable in basic electronics
• Knowledgeable in operating basic test equipment such as a multimeter
• Knowledgeable in basic soldering
