Opportunity Overview

As a Test Technician here are your roles and responsibilities:

• Run the full test procedures of Teradyne PCBAs and System set-up based on the defined procedure.
• Review and buy-off kitted materials/parts endorsed from material controller
• Uses all digital and analog electronic test equipment and test systems to do system failure investigation and debugging.
• Performs sub-assembly test, debug and repair to all ATE models/platforms
• Performs Base-assembly/Zero pins test, debug and repair to all ATE models/platforms
• Performs Final Configuration and test, debug and repair to all ATE models/platforms.
• Performs software verification provided by Test engineers
• Performs test, debug and repair on PCBA failures
• Do Hipot(electrical) test and troubleshoot for any failure.
• Works directly with Test engr, Process engr and Quality engr for test process, assembly process improvement, quality and reliability improvements as well as meeting department/section goals.

• Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduates or equivalent courses
• Knowledgeable in electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering, and repair
• Experience in hardware/software validation and verification for medium and high-end testers is an advantage.
• Goal and results-oriented, flexible, and hardworking.
• Must be flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Computer literate
