- Implementing and updating the Test Strategy.
- Define Acceptance Criteria and the Definition of done.
- Estimate the scope and size of the testing effort.
- Review and update estimates for upcoming user stories.
- Measuring and reporting test coverage across sprints.
- Ensuring proper use of testing tools.
- Configuring, using and managing test environments and data.
- Design and execute both manual and automated test cases.
- Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them.
- Fix and verify bugs within the same sprint.
- Actively collaborating with other agile team members.
- Participating in daily standup meetings, story grooming sessions, team retrospectives, suggesting and implementing improvements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related fields
- Analytical, structured, and efficient way of working
- Experienced in test automation
- Experienced using Tricentis Tosca as automation tool is a plus
- Well-versed in functional, automation, and regression testing
- Have applied knowledge in banking systems
- Interested in banking and financial industry
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Can be for contractual or permanent
