Department Sales
Location JTI Bacoor Branch
Reporting to Territory Development Leader
What Will You Do
- Promote and sell JTI products while maintaining relationships with wholesale accounts.
- Drive distribution levels and market share within the territory.
- Collaborate with Territory Development Leader and Area Sales Manager to manage trade relationships and monitor KPI achievement.
- Work with the Territory Consumer Lead and Modern Trade Team to execute trade programs and acquire new consumers.
- Achieve target outlet coverage, SKU offtake, distribution, call efficiency, and merchandising standards.
- Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!
- Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the FMCG environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for achieving both individual and team objectives.
- Strong desire and ability to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to accomplishing tasks and willing to work hard.
- Pre-selling experience is an advantage.
- Adaptable, flexible, and open to change.
- Must hold a Professional Driver's License with Restriction Code 123 or ABC.
