The Territory Sales Supervisor is responsible for growing the business within his/her assigned territory delivering the best service there is to customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs effective selling process with integrity to ensure commercial success.
- Identifies potential accounts and emerging opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prepares sales quotations, forecast and other relevant documentations.
- Handles customer complaints and/grievances in coordination with the technical support group and other concerned personnel.
- Monitors outstanding balances of handled customers and support Credit & Collections personnel to ensure collection efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Management or Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials and concrete particularly admixtures
- Understanding of infrastructure and concrete admixture market and its technicalities is an advantage
- Must be motivated and hardworking
- Must be willing to travel within specified territory for business trips
- Must be computer literate with advance knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Must know how to drive and has a valid driver’s license
