Manage ingredient inventory and prep work
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in teppanyaki or Japanese cuisine
Strong knife skills and grill techniques
Excellent Showmanship And Customer Interaction Abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Physical stamina for standing and performing
Team player with positive attitude
