Responsibilities:
- The agent will be expected to make approximately 50+ calls per day.
- Call data will be managed within HubSpot, and they will have their own login linked to an online calling system, such as RingCentral.
- Call performance, data, and recordings will be tracked and reviewed by a manager based in Australia in real-time.
- The agent will be required to update the call notes and status in HubSpot after each call, ensuring all data is accurately entered.
- Training on the call script, the companys value proposition, and data entry requirements will be provided.
- Previous experience in tele sales and a proven track record of scheduling meetings or generating leads are a must.
- Strong communication skills are essential, must be able to speak clearly and professionally.
- Must fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- The role requires working hours that align with Australian business hours, so availability during those times is necessary.
- Should self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
