Responsibilities

  • Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce the products and services to them.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand the customer's needs and respond to customer inquiries regarding the products.
  • Work with team members to meet sales and performance goals.
  • Meet or exceed projected weekly and monthly Telesales goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of outgoing and incoming calls as well as follow-up information and outcomes.
  • Accurately document the customers' personal information, including company name, industry, contact person, phone number, address, and other information.
  • Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how SAP Business One can add value to their organization.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree.
  • Has experience in customer service or telemarketing.
  • Ability to promote products or services using persuasive language techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP Business One and other ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to work ONSITE.
