Apt Resources is on the lookout for enthusiastic and motivated Telemarketing Agents to join our team, focusing on Human Resources related services. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our range of HR solutions, and building relationships to drive sales. Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients through cold calling and follow-up on leads
  • Present and promote HR services to prospective clients
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade clients of the value of HR solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve service offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in HR-related services
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and target-driven
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Ability to handle objections and adapt to various customer needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
