Telemarketer

Qualification:

• With or without BPO/ Call center experience
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Good analytical skills
• Speak clearly and effectively to customer
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Great listening skills
• Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Initiating calls to individuals or businesses who fit the target demographic profile.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered and effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential customers.
• Identifying and qualifying potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
• Building and maintaining positive relationship with customers through regular follow-up calls.
• Accurately recording and maintaining customer information, including contact details, preferences and feedback in the company’s database.
• Meeting and exceeding assigned targets on a regular basis.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant law and regulation, such as Do Not Call (DNC) list and data protection regulations.
• Collaborating with other team members and department to optimize strategies and achieve organizational goals.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5:30pm
Fixed Day off:
Saturday and Sunday
