Join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' as a full-time Technical Support Representative - Telecommunication Account. Based in Davao City Davao del Sur, this role will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients in the telecommunications industry.
What you'll be doing
Handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunication products and services
Provide clear explanations and step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve their problems efficiently
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate subject matter experts
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns
What we're looking for
(at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad | No CCE required but preferred | confidence is a + factor| Excellent Communication Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve issues
Proficient in using various software and IT systems to provide technical support
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Familiarity with telecommunication products, services, and industry regulations
