Own the integrity and governance of systems, including best practices for delivering services. Develop, deploy and support infrastructures, applications and technology initiatives from an architectural and operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.
Summary: As a Technology Operations Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and governance of systems while adhering to best practices for service delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to develop, deploy, and support infrastructures and applications, ensuring alignment with existing standards and operational methods. You will engage in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact both your immediate team and the broader organization, contributing to the overall success of technology initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing improvements as necessary. - Develop and maintain documentation related to processes and systems. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Oracle Database Operations. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience in implementing backup and recovery strategies for databases. - Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and scripting. - Familiarity with cloud-based database solutions and their integration. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Operations. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
