Summary:

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects. Your typical day will involve collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk, ensuring service quality and cost, and driving profitability and success through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.

  • Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.

  • Responsible for team decisions.

  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

  • Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects.

  • Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

  • Ensure service quality and cost management.

  • Drive profitability and success through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.


  • Professional & Technical Skills:


  • Required Skill: Advanced proficiency in Service Desk Resolution Management.

  • Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.

  • Strong understanding of project management frameworks.

  • Experience in managing large, complex technology projects.

  • Ability to collaborate with sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to drive profitability and success through innovative solutions.


  • Additional Information:


  • The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Advanced Service Desk Resolution Management.

  • This position is based in Manila.
