Job description:
  • Perform incoming inspection of newly received Test Probecard, Probehead and Loadboard for completeness and quality.
  • Support and execute NOGO tasks related to Test Probecard/Loadboard and hardware repair requests.
  • Execute Probecard and Loadboard preventive maintenance "PM" and update system monitoring tool.
  • Perform inventory of probe heads, WLCSP sockets and hardware components.
  • Work closely with Engineers to resolve any test hardware related issues.
Profile description:
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in the Semiconductor Manufacturing Industry specifically in the field of engineering, hardware debugging and preventive maintenance.
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience in Probecard Analyzer PRVX4 and T.I.P.S. Probe Refresher equipment TPR-HD or any equivalent. Must be expert in cleaning, reshaping, flattening and replacing of probehead needles.
  • And with experience in Technoprobe, Feinmetall and T.I.P.S. technology is a plus.
