Job Description
Responsible in sustaining and maintenance of electro mechanical equipment, jigs, tooling and logistics at Front of Line, End of Line (Back End) or Test assembly.
Requirements/Qualifications
Electronics/Electrical-, Electromechanical- / Mechatronics- / Instrumentation & Control- Technology or Engineering.
At least 5 yrs of experience in Semiconductor company, assigned either in Front of Line or End of Line (Back End) or Test Assembly
Male, not more than 40 yrs old.
