Responsible for the day-to-day Building and Facilities operations and maintenance of the physical asset of the company under the supervision of the Technical Engineer.
- Responsible for alerting the immediate superior of any equipment unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
- Responsible for day-to-day monitoring of Electrical & Mechanical Facilities operational parameters.
- Responsible for the update and completion of all preventive maintenance activities as assigned.
- Responsible/ assist in the implementation of quality works projects such as system optimization, improvements, work orders, etc.
- Responsible/ assists in the equipment immediate repair, operation, installation, troubleshooting and calibration.
- Solves problems related to equipment’s which may involve minor decision making with the guidance of an engineer or colleague from another group or department.
- Assist in the gathering of equipment specifications and updating of machine electrical, mechanical diagram/ layout as-built.
- ISO/TS documentations.
