Meet The Team

Our Technical Support Training Team supports one of the largest functions in Dexcom. It is a group of skilled professionals dedicated to deliver training programs which include, among others, Process Training for new and existing products and markets. Further, it is committed to helping Dexcom expand its reach to more customers worldwide and empower them to take control of their health.

A Training Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the training programs and initiatives. He/She will lead a team of trainers and work collaboratively to different functions to ensure that training curriculum aligns with the organization’s goals. Further, he/she ensures a positive employee experience through learning and development, rewards and recognition, effective performance management and by creating opportunities for growth.

Where You Come In

• You will lead a team of trainers, assign work schedule and assignments, and provide performance feedback.
• You will define the goals of your team members and provide guidance to achieve these goals.
• You will work closely with all team members to ensure that they have solid knowledge of the product and process and stays current with changes.
• You will play an active role in training needs analysis and create content and design modules to address identified training needs.
• You will work with different leaders to address performance issues in training.
• You will work with our colleagues and leaders around the globe on assigned global projects and other functional tasks.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree with 5-8 years of industry experience, informal management/team lead experience. With at least 2 years of experience as a people leader of a training team.
• You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
• You have a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional strategies and design.
• You can facilitate and deliver trainings effectively.
• You can develop content and design training.
• You can build and maintain work relationship with your team and business stakeholders.
