A Technical Support Representative is responsible for providing technical assistance and answers to users' questions, assisting users by troubleshooting problems with any concerns related to a product you sell.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Ensure a complete resolution of the customer’s issue by following our Blueprints.
- Research historical data related to previous customer calls / tickets.
- Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries in an outstanding professional manner.
- Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be amenable to work on a graveyard/shifting schedule
- Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
- At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Advance computer knowledge
- Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
- Strong and Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Call Center experience or Tech related experience (preferred)
- Earn as much as Php 19,80 0 basic salary + 2,200 non-taxable allowances + Quarterly Salary Increase*
- Hybrid or Work from Home ( performance-based arrangements are made after probationary period)
- HMO with 1 FREE Dependent
- 10 Vacation Leaves and 10 Sick Leaves (unused SL convertible to cash)
