In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Handle product and application issues for customer-installed based products in any communication channel, such as call, chat, and email.
- Provide solutions based on customer requirements and evaluate if there is a need for non-standard offerings.
- Conduct technical product training for internal and external customers.
- Act as a technical resource whenever needed, such as for pre-sales products and/or troubleshooting presentations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation and Control, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).
- At least 2 years of experience providing technical support for instrumentation or flow measurement products.
- Knowledge of Business System Tools, including Oracle, CRM, and other applicable tools.
- Experience in conducting technical training is a plus.
