As a Technical Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to help resolve their queries. This is a full-time role based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. Whether customers reach out by phone, email or chat, you'll use your problem-solving skills to provide prompt and effective support.
What you'll be doing
Responding to inbound customer inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues
Accurately documenting customer interactions and tracking the progress of issues
Identifying patterns in customer concerns and recommending process improvements
Actively listening to customers, demonstrating empathy and providing a positive experience
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments
