Massive hiring for Technical Support Associates to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. No prior experience is required as we will provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat
Analyze customer problems and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of support cases
Collaborate with the broader technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues
Continuously expand your product knowledge to better assist customers
Identify opportunities to improve our customer support processes and systems
