Role Overview

• Coordinates and supervises team members and service providers in ensuring assigned deliverables are met
• Acts as system analyst in capturing important requirements and business processes from stakeholders and coordinates them with the technical team for feasibility
• Crafts project plan (in relation to the system) from conceptualization to implementation
• Manages day to day operations and services including its maintenance and upkeep
• Provides technical asisstance and acts in alignment with user needs and system funcitonality for any technical requirement
• Documents and shares new ideas by continuous research and learning of new technology and trends for related assigned areas
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any related course
• With 2-4 years of work experience in IT systems such as web development, network, and server management
• Preferably with background in security systems and / or related property management systems
• IT certificate/s related to network, server, security or other related fied is a plus
• Has good communication and presentation skills
• Has good project management skills
