Your Role

As a Technical Sales & Estimation Engineer, you will:

• Scope Development: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define project requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the technical expert during project development, working in tandem with our sales representatives to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates based on customer needs, specifications, and project scope.
• Concept Work: Create concept models using SolidWorks to illustrate proposed solutions.
• Proposal Writing: Draft detailed and professional proposals, including project details, pricing, and timelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Technical Sales Lead, your peer, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and success.
• Sales Resources: Assist in developing technical sales collateral and resources for effective customer engagement.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for concept modeling.
• Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Trained or experienced in technical writing for creating professional proposals and documentation
• Prior experience in technical sales, engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment, automation, or material handling is a plus.
• Understanding of basic economic principles like COGS and Margin
• Exceptional written English for professional proposals and email communication.
• Strong spoken English for customer calls, presentations, and team discussions.
