Primary Responsibilities:
- Review project schedules and oversee maintenance tasks to ensure adherence to planned timelines.
- Monitor and report daily progress, keeping task statuses updated for effective cross-department coordination.
- Authorize and validate additional work as needed, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Identify and communicate recurring technical issues to promote continuous improvement and fleet reliability.
- Oversee safety practices during maintenance activities and promptly escalate any concerns.
- Participate actively in safety management efforts by adhering to regulations and reporting incidents or hazards.
- Manage cost efficiency by aligning work with contractual obligations while prioritizing operational safety.
- Prepare reports, validate billing, and perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering and associated engineering course with a PRC or Aeronautical Engineering license.
- Should have at least minimum 6years experience working as a Technical Representative for Base Maintenance or End of Lease projects.
- Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines
