What You'll Do
Source and screen technical candidates across UK/AU markets
Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer
Build relationships with hiring managers and understand technical requirements
Utilize various recruitment platforms and tools
Conduct technical interviews and assessments
Maintain recruitment metrics and pipeline reports
What We're Looking For
2+ years of technical recruitment experience
Knowledge of UK/AU job markets and regulations
Understanding of technical roles and IT skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
Ability to work across different time zones
