What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified technical candidates
- Screening and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications
- Conducting in-depth interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Maintaining an effective applicant tracking system and reporting on recruitment metrics
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in the recruitment industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud, programming languages, and technical roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high-calibre technical talent
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve recruitment goals
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
