Our first service center in Asia Pacific is in Metro Manila (Mandaluyong) from where we provide our service to Europe, APAC including our local market Philippines, and USA regions. 1. Excellent Talent Finder: Building a talent pipeline through various channels:
- Posts the open positions in different channels
- Request referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
2. Excellent Understanding of Technical Roles
- Understanding the Job Requirements to identify suitable candidates.
- Works closely with hiring managers and account managers to understand their requirements.
- Screens candidates based on qualifications, experience, in alignment with the job requirements.
- Reviews resumes shortlist qualified candidates for interview
- Conducts initial phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate job requirements, cultural fit, soft skills, and potential for growth within the organization
- Endorses the candidate/s to the hiring managers/account managers
Schedule: Morning Shift, 9am-6pm, hybrid set-up.
