A leading organisation in the heart of Ortigas is seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join their collaborative HR team. This on-site opportunity offers you the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company by identifying and attracting exceptional technical talent.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from initial sourcing through to successful onboarding of new hires.
  • Utilise a variety of channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess candidates’ technical skills, relevant experience, and alignment with organisational culture.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Draft detailed job descriptions in partnership with stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy in all postings.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for both current vacancies and anticipated future needs within the technology sector.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor practices to ensure competitive offers are made to top talent.
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.
  • Promote the organisation’s culture and values through engaging job postings and active participation in career fairs or networking events.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities adhere strictly to local labour laws as well as internal company policies.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field demonstrating foundational knowledge relevant to recruitment.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role within the IT or technology industry showcasing your understanding of complex technical requirements.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various technical roles such as software developers, engineers, or data analysts along with their associated skill sets.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using advanced search techniques including Boolean searches across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication abilities enabling you to build rapport with candidates as well as collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that foster trust-based relationships throughout the recruitment process.
  • Exceptional organisational capabilities allowing you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising attention to detail.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) alongside other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter for streamlined workflow management.
