Title: Technical Recruiter

The Technical Recruiter Will Be Responsible For The Following

  • Builds quality relationships with internal customers such as HR Business Partners, Department Managers, and Division Heads in understanding the requirements, potential challenges, and appropriate action to be able to deliver the required service from the team.
  • Implements strategies to ensure the attainment of hiring goals of the Business Units both in areas of timeliness and quality.
  • Ensures documentation of the processes and status of applicants and identifies gaps and improvements in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinates interview schedules with the hiring managers and ensures candidates are guided through the process.
  • Prepares JO proposal and conducts job offer discussion.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any related courses.
  • At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
