If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about technology, process improvement, and client success, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities for Technical Project Management in Automation & AI Projects
  • Manage end-to-end automation and integration projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate communication between engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation using modern tools (e.g., Jira, Shortcut, Notion).
  • Track project progress, highlight risks, proactively resolve issues, and report status updates to internal and client teams.
  • Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and knowledge transfer for automation workflows (e.g., n8n-based solutions, API integrations).
  • Champion best practices in agile project management, continuous improvement, and automation delivery.
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration—facilitating productive meetings, retros, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Support global teamwork and client engagement in a distributed, US and APAC-focused environment.
Essential Skills & Experience for Technical Project Managers (Automation, SaaS, APIs)
  • 3+ years of technical project management or related experience in SaaS, automation, IT, or software delivery.
  • Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Shortcut.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional project teams in a remote setting.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud technology fundamentals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proven client-facing experience.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear deliverables and actionable next steps.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously with globally distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications for Technical Project Managers in Intelligent Workflow Delivery
  • Background in workflow automation (n8ns, Zapier, or similar low-code/no-code platforms).
  • Experience working with generative AI solutions, LLM APIs, or AI-driven products.
  • Familiarity with SaaS integrations—Airtable, Slack, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Workspace, CRMs, etc.
  • Exposure to fast-paced BPO, consulting, or technology transformation environments.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) is a plus.
Why Join Our Technical Project Management Team?
  • Drive the delivery of intelligent automation and AI-powered processes that have global business impact.
  • Grow your career in a collaborative, fully-remote environment with team members in the US and APAC.
  • Be at the forefront of digital transformation, working with innovative technology and global clients.
  • Enjoy flexibility, ownership, and opportunities for long-term career development.
  • Competitive compensation, autonomy, and the chance to help shape the future of intelligent workflows.
Please note this role is to support US clients and therefore will need to work US hours. As we establish our local entity we will also need to start this role on a contractor basis before moving to an employee relationship.
