Key Responsibilities for Technical Project Management in Automation & AI Projects- Manage end-to-end automation and integration projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Facilitate communication between engineers, product managers, and client stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation using modern tools (e.g., Jira, Shortcut, Notion).
- Track project progress, highlight risks, proactively resolve issues, and report status updates to internal and client teams.
- Oversee testing, UAT, deployment, and knowledge transfer for automation workflows (e.g., n8n-based solutions, API integrations).
- Champion best practices in agile project management, continuous improvement, and automation delivery.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration—facilitating productive meetings, retros, and stakeholder reviews.
- Support global teamwork and client engagement in a distributed, US and APAC-focused environment.
- 3+ years of technical project management or related experience in SaaS, automation, IT, or software delivery.
- Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools like Jira or Shortcut.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional project teams in a remote setting.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud technology fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proven client-facing experience.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear deliverables and actionable next steps.
- Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously with globally distributed teams.
- Background in workflow automation (n8ns, Zapier, or similar low-code/no-code platforms).
- Experience working with generative AI solutions, LLM APIs, or AI-driven products.
- Familiarity with SaaS integrations—Airtable, Slack, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Workspace, CRMs, etc.
- Exposure to fast-paced BPO, consulting, or technology transformation environments.
- Certification in project management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) is a plus.
