We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Director to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and drive technical excellence across our Philippines operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in environmental science and sustainability, and a passion for mentoring and innovation.

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Director to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects and drive technical excellence across our Philippines operations. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in environmental science and sustainability, and a passion for mentoring and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide QA/QC oversight and technical direction across project phases.
- Champion technical service lines and global collaboration initiatives.
- Project Delivery
- Act as Project Director, Manager, or Technical Lead on high-profile projects.
- Ensure delivery to scope, budget, and schedule with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new opportunities across the Philippines and other GHD regions.
- Lead proposal development for complex, multidisciplinary projects.
- Team Development
- Mentor and coach junior staff to build technical capability.
- Promote a high-performance culture and knowledge sharing.
- Strong technical background in environmental science, sustainability, and EIA.
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build trusted client relationships.
- Experience in mentoring and developing technical teams.
