What we are looking for:

We are looking for Technical Business Analyst to support our fast-growing team. You will support the Technology and Product teams with the delivery of products and initiatives across the organization. We are working in agile so previous experience working in such an environment would be beneficial.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Work closely with key business stakeholders, Product Owners, Product Managers, and Engineers to translate business needs into tangible and practical solutions.
• Gather, review and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics.
• Develop technical workflows, defining quality user stories, acceptance criteria and other agile requirements.
• Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
• Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
• Propose ideas, documents, and deliver outcomes.
• Facilitate and run workshops to understand business needs and gather requirements.

To be successful in this role you must have the following:

• Solid experience working as an Agile/Technical BA (ideally within a banking or financial services environment) with the ability to work closely with the business to understand how they work and what they are trying to achieve.
• Strong understanding of the agile development process, working from inception, through discovery and design, and through to delivery.
• Experience developing user stories and managing them in a scrum environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and able to facilitate and run workshops.
