Job Description
- Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial or commercial products.
- Monitor Assembly Completion based on PPS schedule & establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet Shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
- Create and release work orders based on lead time.
- Support in redlining Process
- Monitor Work Order Closure
- Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Plans sequence assembly, installation and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects
- Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Review & Update Sub-assembly L/T & provide changes to meet customer demand
- Monitors WO Completion Prepares production reports.
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient.
- Excellent understanding on ERP system (E1,JDE or SAP)
- Strong written and verbal communication and reasoning skills.
