A Team Support Associate Is Expected To
Support Camp Australia staff members, candidates, and referees with their concerns with, but not limited to rosters, employment, and applications.
- Ensure child safety by maintaining consistency and compliance in every service
- Responding to inbound phone calls from Camp Australia Staff members, candidates, and referees
- Responding to emails from Camp Australia Staff members
- Responsible Processes:
- Staffing
- Filling vacant shifts
- Adding Shifts
- Cancel Shifts
- Coordinator Cancellations
- Replacing Team Members
- Changing Rostered hours
- Non-arrival for shift
- Resignations
- Managing Excess Labour
- Onboarding
- Recruitment
- General Inquiries
- Records
- Staff qualifications
- Upload documents
- General payroll queries
- Perform ad-hoc tasks or other reasonable duties assigned in support of the business
- 3-year experience in an Inbound and outbound Customer Service role is highly regarded
- Excellent English communication skills to be able to engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Build a strong relationship with field staff members and colleagues within the GSC
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward staff members and candidates at all times.
- Coordinate with other Camp Australia departments through various channels.
- Accountable for maintaining service compliance by updating the rosters accordingly, filling emergency shifts, onboarding new hires, and identifying triggers for escalations.
- Ensure that staff members have the necessary requirements to meet compliance. Ensure that excess staff members are removed per Camp Australia guidelines to avoid excess labor expenses.
