The Team Manager, Usage Billing, Billing & TPA is responsible for leading staff from usage billing team, providing leadership and expertise to their team, meeting targets for compliance and service levels, connect with compliance team for Quarterly Audits and achieving relevant role-based performance objectives
Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- Handles client relationship during product and service fulfilment.
- Raises and resolves concerns during the fulfilment timeline.
- Partners with customer fulfilment departments throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Contributes to process and work improvements viz BPI, collaborative teams, and standard methodology sharing.
- Ensures data quality, completeness, timeliness and service metrics are met.
- Handles team management activities, monitor performance, timely feedback, mentoring & coaching.
- Communicate efficiently with partners globally.
- Ensures all customer concern/issues are handled appropriately and according to company policy.
- Consultants with good understanding on Six Sigma / Lean skills proficiencies.
- Handles Third Party Data providers and ensuring approvals are in place.
- Previous experience in Order to Cash / customer support functions with in-depth knowledge of technical field or specialism
- Provides domain expertise across sub-units
- Knowledge of Data Visualization Skills (Power BI)
- Uses appropriate methodologies, tools and techniques to identify and evaluate the organisation's risk exposure, mitigating and handling against unacceptable risks
- Process Improvements/ Operational Excellence
- Finds opportunities to improve efficiency while providing detailed transactions, services and products, handles monetary assets and other resources to optimise cost effectiveness.
- Understands overview of end-to-end workflow, including detailed processes, upstream and downstream impacts of current role, and the roles of different teams.
- Uses a detailed approach to deal with change, transition or transformation of an organisation's goals, processes or technologies, implementing strategies for effecting behavioural and cultural change, controlling change and helping people to adapt to change
- Timely reporting of daily inflow, outstanding and closed incidents
- Build and handle dashboards for easy reporting using Power Project Management
- Should be detailed with Project Management Principles
- Should be able to Usage Billing Projects
- Partner Management
- Use ASANA, Gantt Charts to share regular updates with collaborators on key projects
